Today, the strengthened challenged by digitalisation. aim of this configurative literature review understand how research on from 2015 2020 describes analyses digitalisation’s significance for relationship. Three themes depict benefits disadvantages digitalisation, digitalisation generates new ethical questions dilemmas, different theoretical perspectives used. Future should go beyond pros cons use various approaches challenge data, illuminate client perspectives, pose additional questions.
